Sinafilm is a young and innovative film production company located in the Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin. In addition to developing, producing and distributing arthouse documentaries and features, we are specialised on video productions for companies (corporate content) and service productions.
Jakob Rühle and Teresina Moscatiello founded the company in 2007, as a limited liability company. They have produced several documentary and feature productions and their focus is on European and international co-productions for cinema and television.
Jakob Rühle

After completing his studies in German Language and Film, Jakob Rühle worked on several international productions. His directing debut, the feature-length documentary “Lychener 64 – Berlin Prenzlauer Berg”, was released in 2010.

Teresina Moscatiello
Producer, managing director
After studying Literature at the Sorbonne in Paris and Film and Television at the Ruhr University in Bochum, she completed her degree in Directing at the dffb (German film and television academy in Berlin) with the documentary “Civilians on the Battlefield”.
